【New】 2021-Technical Account Manager (US-Seattle,Atlanta)

1. Own full responsibility of projects assigned to work with engineers following carriers’requirements to get carriers’ approval on time.
2. Submit carriers’deliverables including compliance matrix lockdown, test reports, certifications, issue tracking, waiver negotiation.
3. Host weekly review meeting with carriers and engineers. Provide meeting minutes and clear action list with owners and due dates to push engineers responses till closure.
4. Be Customer’s window to collect and respond all requests and questions.
5. Closely work with Account PM to sync up schedule, risks and recover actions.
6. Clarify lab testing result.

 

【New】 2021-Sr. Product Manager(US-Atlanta)

1. Work with FIH account team to understand the Operators’ portfolio and device segmentation, and identify opportunities for FIH devices.
2. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
3. Serve as the “go-to” person for product features and value proposition to all functions of FIH.
4. Review customer requirements and work with UX and R&D teams to ensure product meets technical launch requirements.
5. Own and drive all product management activities from product selection through product launch, including agreement with the Operator for ID, CMF, Wireframes, Customization Guide, Sales Box, In-Box collateral and launch materials.
6. Understand new technology and develop sell in strategy with supporting data.
7. Identify risks and challenges of the project and work with various teams within and outside of the company to mitigate issues.
8. Communicate project status across the organization.
9. Review user manuals and documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency.
10. Interact with FIH HQ, sales, marketing, operations and customer care personnel to develop and execute cohesive and comprehensive plans to satisfy carrier’s requirements and FIH’s product performance expectations.
11. Monitor NPS and quality issues and be instrumental in improving product features, performance and GTM functions.
12. Resolve all cross-functional issues and provides technical analysis in support to customer complaints.
13. Own and drive all product management activities from product launch through end-of-life, including where appropriate, OS upgrades and MRs.
14. Demonstration and presentation of products and proposals to the Operator/Partner.
15. Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.
